In conjunction with his career in insurance, Tom Bulloch is a passionate conservationist who has learned throughout his life the truth that exists in the adage, “the first conservationist was the hunter.”
Tom Bulloch is the President at Secure Benefits Solutions where he focuses on helping provide the Ontario, Canada area with extended insurances including health, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term and long-term disability and health spending accounts.
In conjunction with his career in insurance, Tom Bulloch is a passionate conservationist who has learned throughout his life the truth that exists in the adage, “the first conservationist was the hunter.” He believes in working in symbiosis with nature and preserving it and protecting it above all else.
Through his work in conservationism, TomBulloch has become involved with QDMA (Quality Deer Management Associates), the leading organization dedicated to conserving the white-tailed deer. In his personal life, Tom is also a competitive play target shooter who participates in shoots all across the United States.
In addition to his involvement in conservationism and his passion in that area, Tom Bulloch is also an engaged member of his community. Here, he’s served as the President of the local Chamber of Commerce, for which he also has sat on the board. He also enjoys fishing and biking, and each winter he looks forward to the opportunity to snowboard.
Professionally, Tom Bulloch has been involved in the insurance industry for 36 years where, through his business, Secure Benefits Solutions, he works to provide his clients with a great experience by employing a dedicated team that understands what it takes to distinguish themselves from the competition. Across his decades of experience, Tom noticed that many insurance brokers were taking customers and shifting their business from Insurer A to Insurer B to Insurer C every few years without improving the quality of their service in any way. Tom vowed to make Secure Benefits Solutions different. Unlike some in the industry who utilize a call center, Tom Bulloch and his team field all of their own service calls, and each representative works with their own group of clients.
Previously in his career, Tom was growing, learning, and gaining experience in multiple areas, including information and education specialization, marketing and sales, service management, portfolio, and plan design. Looking to the future of the insurance industry, Tom sees the outdated, inflexible industry products being challenged by innovators (like Secure Benefits Solutions) who are disrupting the old-style offerings and offering innovation in its place.
